Function:

The machine is to be use for brushing the lug area of the VRLA Battery Grid Plates.

Machine Operation Process:

After the grid has been cut by the semi auto plate cutting machine, the plates is stacked into the magazine/cassette(total 4 sets). The machine will push each of the plates into the conveyor for brushing process. The machine brushes the top and the bottom of the plates separately (plates by plates) and after finish the brushing process, the plates conveyed to the finishing conveyor.
