Part one--Introduction of Rotary Drum Dryer

Our rotary dryer is mainly made up of a rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc.
Materials that have moisture are thrown into the rotary cylinder through the raw material feeding plate which is arranged reasonably with changeable angles. Hot air-flow is then used to separate water from the materials in order to dry them. The water is changed into vapor and discharged into the atmosphere.Our drying machine has the advantages of high drying capacity, smooth rotation, low energy consumption, easy operation and high output, etc.

Part two--Working principle

1. Drying process needs to consume large amount of heat energy. In order to save energy, some materials with high moisture content, suspending liquid and solution which contain solid objects should be mechanically dewatered or heated first, and then they can be dried in a dryer to get dry solids.

2. During drying process, heat and weight (moisture content) transfer need to be finished simultaneously, thus guaranteeing a higher moisture and water vapor partial pressure inside the dryer than that outside the dryer, and guaranteeing a higher temperature of heat source than that of materials.

Part four--Structure of Rotary Dryer

1) Coal Slime Rotary Dryer Machine is formed by rotary body, lifting blade, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring.

2) Coal Slime Rotary Dryer Machine is mainly composed of shell, back and forth supporting wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap. The accessories which are not in the the scope of this machine include firebox, feeding and discharging equipment, dust catcher, etc.
