Cutting group is made of following parts:

1.frenquceny translational vehicle,V-shape track and track base assembly,horizontal cutting machineassembly,vertical cutting machine assembly,electricity control system.

2.translational vehicle : it was made up with motor,T-shape reducer,safety-cover,V-shape moving wheel,rectangle moving wheel,axle assembly and so on. When starting frequency motor ,we can realized soft starting . It will not form inertia or damage body . V-shape wheel can realize radial locating and makes body cutting dimension more accuracy.

3 . V-shape track and track assembly is made up with V-shape track , ordinary track,positional track and chain.To guarantee steady moving of frequency translational vehicle , positional track calls for straightness, no bending . This track was made by 16 thick Q235 steel sheet submerged arc welding ,andlongmenstraightness machine straighten it , V-shape track to guarantee the translational vehicle moving radial accuracy .It was made by ordinary track bylongmenplanermechnicalprocess.

4.horizontal cutting machine assembly is composed of horizontal cutting frame ,uppercut installation,horizontal cutting steel bearing,steel cylinder and slicker.Frequency translational vehicle body were cut by horizontal cutting machine in horizontal direction . Frequency translational vehicle moving is automatic transmission. Bottom cutting adapt two wire and one knife cutting. Horizontal cutting machine’s fixed wire diameter is 105mm,using 5mm carry save and dealt by chrome-plating .

5.vertical cutting assembly : vertical cutting frame lifting system,guiding axis,guiding cylinder,steel cylinder,vibrator. It was cut in vertical direction. Vertical cutting adapt seesaw type vibrate cutting , vibrate frequency is automatic transmission . Vertical cutting using four guiding posts to avoid vibrate and shock. Vertical cutting adopt frequency motor through two-way T –shape reducer , realized handling drive chain transmission.

6. The console ‘s electricity component is all famous brand and reserve one 15kw motor starting circuit.(including air switch,contactor,thermal relayand so on)

7. The secondary electromechanical also adapt famous brands .Electricity control system is composed of electrical cabinet,control panel andall kinds of device connect cable .It can be hand control.8.
