1. Suitable raw material for wood charcoal machine:

sawdust, waste wood, crop straw, wood branches, rice husk, bamboo sawdust, peanut shell,coconut shell, sunflower shell, furfural dregs, cotton stalks, sesame straw, corncob,etc.

2.Working process of making charcoal:

• Step I: Crush the raw material into3-5mm granules.(rice husk is not needed to crush again)
• Step II: Control themoisture to be around 8-12%by drying machine or dry under the sun.
• Step III: Feed the raw material into briquette machine to get biomass briquette directly. (Without any binding material or other additive.)
• Step IV: Put the biomass briquette into carbonization stove to making charcoal briquette or packaging directly to sell.
