Description of Chain pulverizer:
LP series Chain pulverizer applys to fertilizer production in the block material of brocken,but also widely used in chemical industry, building materials,mining and other industries. It crushes material evenly, not easy to stick wall,easy to clean,etc.
Structure principle of Chain pulverizer:
Chain pulverizerfor fertilizer, builiding materials, mining adopts alloy steel chain, two fixed on the rotor disc, along with the high speed motor drives the rotor maker the alloy steel chain with the high speed rotating rotor breaking into the material, the rotor has a two layer or three layer, each layer df uniform turntable installation of three alloy steel chain,adding grinding cylinder rubber sheet, for the sake of meterial moisture size will not be adhesive wall. The chain is quick-wear part, which needs to be replaced in every production of 5000 tons.
