Equipment Feature

1.Be suitable for various sizes of 100ml, 250ml and 500ml of plastic bottles.

2. Equipment mainly consists of ion-air cleaning, filling and hot-welding sealing.

3. It has function of automatic loading bottles, and with high level automation.

4. Adopting a special cover transferring method, and with strong suitability for irregular bottle covers.

5 Ion spray gun discharges power at the 2/3 point in bottle in order to reach the best cleaning effect.

6. Filling machine has the function of history memory as well as not filling and sealing without bottles.

7.Equipment can be equipped with pressure balance device as an option to automatically achieve precise filling of residual liquid.

8. PLC control, touch screen operation, intellectual double-temperature control of the welding temperature.

9. The structure of welding gripper is accessible to adjust, bottle covers are connected with bottles mouth accurately by grippers.

10. The design production capacity of this machine is 10000 bottles/h.(For 500ML bottle)
