PR-LLF Series Automatic In-Line Liquid Filler

PR-LLF Series Automatic In-Line Liquid Filler is for filling various liquids and is suitable to be used in different fields such as medicine, food, health care, cosmetics, chemicals and so on. The machine can be used alone as well as together with other machines produced by our company to form a complete line.

High-quality 304 and 316L stainless steel is used onPR-LLF Series Automatic in-line Liquid Filler, the delivery pipes are the product of Japanese company TOYOX and certified and approved by EVA FDA Approval No. 1212570. When the liquid temperature is above 60ºC, high-quality polite traflu or ethylene is used to make the pipes.

PR-LLF Series Automatic In-Line Liquid Filler is composed of main machine, conveyor, liquid container and electrical box. The machine is easy to operate, working stably and measures accurately. Also it has PLC controlling system for the whole working process.

PR-LLF Series Automatic In-Line Liquid Filler has models PR-LLF100, PR-LLF200, PR-LLF300, PR-LLF 500, PR-LLF700,PR-LLF1000, PR-LLF2000 and so on. Normally, there are 6, 8 or 10 heads on the machines.

PR-LLF Series Automatic In-Line Liquid Filler has the models PR-LLF100, PR-LLF-200,PR-LLF GZXC-300, PR-LLF-500 and so on. Normally, there are 8 heads on the machines.

PR-LLF series Automatic In-Line liquid filler’s driving system is composed of decelerate motors, motor reducers, bent handles and connecting bars. The system inaccuracy can be offset by both the crude regulation made by big slipper block and the fine regulation made by the small slipper block so that accuracy can be obtained.

PR-LLF series Automatic In-Line liquid filler’s driving system is controlled by actuating motors and ball screws. Filling inaccuracy can be offset by the adjustment made upon the micro-control valve on the touch screen so that accuracy can be obtained.
