Introduction:

PR-KAC machinery series is developed by our company based on the local standard by referring the advanced machine abroad. It is mechatronic product with high technology which can operate constantly. The machine adopts the advanced transmission technique abroad. Every move is controlled by encoder, PLC, pneumatic product, and mechanism. The speed is adjusted by inverter, so speed is high and stable. The machine has many advantages, such as advance structure, easy operation, failure display, and easy maintenance. The machine consist leaflet folding machine and carton packing machine. It is also equipped with blister feeding system and batch auto printing device. The max speed is 70 bottles per min. It is suitable for ten injectable vial powders, lyophilized powders, the efficiency is high.

Composition:

Leaflet folding machine: one leaflet, one blister

Blister conveying and putting system: putting the leaflet and blister in the carton by the cooperation of two system

The leaflet cannot be sucked when there is no blister.

Control the leaflet and cartoner by checking the blister, to avoid empty packaging.

Auto coder printing device

Steel code, the code position at the carton cap lid, the size and number according to the user requirement.
