It is able to satisfy the requires of granulation and coating ,and the range of application is wider and wider, it is mainly used in pharmacy, food, chemical industry, agricultural chemical, feed, cosmetics, and ceramic industry, etc..

The equipment has taken consideration for both flexibility and adaptability, in which the drying, granulation, pellet spheronization, coating & wrapping processes can be realized. As per different process targets, three different processes may be carried out, namely, top spray process, bottom spray process and tangent spray process. The difference lies in different fluidization of material and the method of feed in spray liquid. Therefore each process has individual features, and lead to broad application. The whole process has strong direct visibility. It is an advanced technology, which is in full conformity with GMP specifications.
