PPS needle filter felt bagis made of the premium polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fibers which are imported from Toray or Toyobo in Japan, and processed by the stentering and setting machine. Being a kind of excellent high temperature resistant filter media, PPS needle filter felt has the listed specialties:

1.Operating temperature :continuous 190 degree C; instant220 degree C.

2.applicable for the working condition which has less than 16% oxygen content (at certain temperature )

3.fair anti-hydrolysis, acid and alkali corrosion resistant features ( PH ranges from 1 to 14 )

4.filter rate preferred 1-1.5m/min, so as to reduce the volume of the equipment and save the cost.

PPS needle filter media have good mechanical and chemical performance and are capable of maintaining good filtration effect in the vicious environment, reaching the desirable product life cycle. Specifically, 2-4 years varies from different working conditions. For the pulse jet dust removers, such as coal-grates, waste incinerators, power plants, and chemical industries and so on, PPS needle filter the ideal choice.
