PPR pipe machine/ PPR pipe making machine:

Plastic pipe production line is mainly used in the manufacture of the PP PPR pipes with various tube diameters and wall thickness such as the agricultural and constructional plumbing, water supply and drain etc.

The screw extruder and traction machine adopt imported AC frequency control device. The vacuum pump and traction motor both adopt advanced products. The traction has many traction models, such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw etc. It may choose visual blade or cutting type, The unit is of reliable performance and high production efficiency

PPR pipe extrusion line process as following :

Dryer → Vacuum Feeder → Extruder → Mould → Vacuum tank → Haul-off → Printer → Cutting → Stacker

Dryer & Vacuum feeder

Vacuum feeder is used for loading the PPR material into extruder's dryer hopper. This can reduce worker's labor intensity, high auotomatic with no dust and noise. It is very easy to operation, raise producing efficiency.

Single Screw Extruder

single screw extruder is a kind of special equipment for extruding of PPR material . It is the main machine in PPR pipe extrusion line. With different sorts of molds and auxiliary machines, it can produce all sorts of PPR plastic pipe material, profiled material, plate material, sliced material, bar material and granulation.

Most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality. The screw is made by high precision special digital screw miller; Extruding property can be highly harmonized. It has firstly introduced advanced technique of producing screws with variable pitch and depth, so that the material can be more softly sheared and cut. The distribution box is specially designed, pull force bearing is fully imported, and the drive life span can be prolonged. It can bear larger extruding pressure. The electrical system has mainly applied imported parts, it has multiple alarm system, and there are few problems which can be easily eliminated. The cooling system has applied special design, heat emission area is enlarged.

Extrusion Mould Die

HDPE extrusion mould is only for PPR pipe extrusion line. This kind extrusion mould made by 40Cr, innersuface will be polished for make sure that material can be come out smoothly.Ceramic heater can keep working life more longer than normal extrusion mould. Stainless steel matrerial calibrators can make sure the outter surface of pipes in smooth and cooling pipes in quickly.

Vacuum Tank / Vacuum Bath

Vacuum bath is made of stainless steel, it is stable and adjusted, and it can be adjusted horizontally and vertically.It consists of vacuum pumps, water pumps, motor for moving table automatically, etc. Thisis one of assitant machines in PPR pipe extrusion line. It is used to make material from extruder shape and cool down.We can change the quantity of vacuum pumps and water pumps, and the length of table according to the diameter of pipes, the wall thickness of pipes

Draw Machine/ Haul-off Unit

HDPE pipe caterpillers haul-off unit& cutter are all of assitant machines for PPR pipe extrusion line. It adopts double-caterpiller traction way, wide in application , at the same time, It alsoadopts stepless speed regulation, large in extent of speed regulation . Caterpillar adopt cylinder flexible pinched to suit for different pipe diameter and keep contact pressure in reasonable range.

Cutter/ Cutting Machine

Cutter is also the down equpment of PPR pipe extrusion line, it adopts full aotomatic cutting way without any chips, base frame of saw strock can reach to 1600mm. At the same time, this machine with self protitive fuction.
