USE METHOD
Step 1:
Fasten fusion splicer and install the heating tip. Put the fusion splicer on the shelf. Then, install the heat die head which suitable the specification of pipe and wrenching by the hex key wrench. Generally, small front, large in the post.
Step 2:
Power on, you’ll see the green light turns on and the red one turns off. It means that the machine has been on auto control condition, and can begin to work.(Attention: under the condition of auto control temperature, it remains in control, and doesn’t affect your operation.)
Step 3:
Splice the pipes
Cut off the pipe straightly by pipe cutter. Push the tubing and pipe fitting in the fusion splicer die head without spin, and work according to the enclosed sheet. Take down the tubing and pipe fitting from the fusion splicer die head as soon as it reaches the heat-up time. Insert the pipe at the desired depth quickly, straight homogeneous and non- spinning. And then form the joint a equality flange.
Attention: If the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, please extend the heat-up time 50%.
