The ordinary conveyor belt to carry out the GB code GB/T7984-2001 standard.

1.Physical performance of cover rubber:

b.The whole thickness that brings breaks the extending rate and is not smaller than 10% vertically. The whole thickness that brings consults the extending rate of strength vertically and should not be greater than 4%.

c.Straight line degree: Not greater than 25mm.

2.The temperature of storeroom should be range between -15degree and 40 degree.

3.Belt should be put in roll and turn over every season.

4.Different types,specifications and layers should not be combined together,and the joint points which use bonding method will be much better.

5.Choose the types,structures,specifications and layers of the conveyor belt according to the using conditions

6.The speed of the conveyor should less than 2.5m/s,big clumps of material or those with great friction should use pear-shaped device fixed discharge at a low speed.
