LP-2000 Powder Laminating Machine

Applications:

• Used for transferring Hot melt powder or Bamboo charcoal powder onto fabric or other material, after heating, then laminate it with other materials, suitable for laminating fabric, nonwoven, sponge...
• Widely used in garments, shoes, car interiors, decoration, and other industries.

• Applicable to hot melt powder, bamboo charcoal powder;
• Professionally designed powdering unit, is equipped with stirring, vibrating system. Powder is transferred onto material surface very evenly and stably, easy to control powdering amount, and it can also help to reduce powder loss;
• Energy-saving baking oven, with good heat-insulation performance, can minimize heat loss;
• Baking oven is equipped with high quality temperature control system, to ensure a constant oven temperature, very small temperature difference. Temperature is controlled through an adjustable temperature controller. User may adjust the baking oven temperature according to different materials to achieve best laminating effect.
• Running speed is controlled through frequency synchronization, synchronic speed adjusting, very easy and convenient to operate;
• Both unwinding and winding have magnetic constant tension control;
