1.1.The ZYDJ serial model of extruder equipement is widely used in medical, chemical and food for forming process. It makes the powder into extrude form by mixing and screw pressure. This model has stable performance and easy operation.

1.2.The principle of the ZYDJ-127 is:

--A couple of turning screw is installed in the hopper which can press the material powder into the main screw without manual.

--The main screw of pitch is getting smaller from back to front that the strength will be maximum in the screw head, then extrude the material powder easily.

--The cutting section bolt of the main tube will avoid the materail covering the screw, and in the cover of the main screw, it also have a lontiudinal channel which can avoid the material stopping forward.

--A water cooling system is installed in the main tube and the main screw to avaid the head filter too hot.
