Powder Coating Line

Our powder coating line specifications:

• Clean edges, surfaces designs with pearlescent finishes.
• Endless color combinations for designs in office, store fixture, toilet partitions and garages in heat and water resistant finishes.
• Funder Powder Coating: Your answer to design flexibility and quality for powder coated MDF parts.

Powder coating system:

• Pretreatment: Dipping pretreatment with overhead crane, or fully automatic spraying pretreatment
• Conveying system: closed-circuit conveyor, power and free conveyor, multi-track conveyor, and so on
• Oven: batch oven, combination oven, bridge curing oven, tunnel oven
• Powder coating booth: stainless steel booth or coated steel booth
• Powder recycling facility: mono-cyclone pulse recovery system or multi-cyclone pulse recovery system or pulse recovery system
• Control system: PLC control, with or without touch screen
• Spray gun and reciprocator: Mitsubishi brand, or other brands with same level performance.
