1) Pretreatment: Dipping pretreatment with overhead crane, or fully automatic spraying pretreatment
2) Conveying system: closed-circuit conveyor, power and free conveyor, multi-track
conveyor, and so on
3) Oven: batch oven, combination oven, bridge oven, tunnel oven
4) Powder coating booth: stainless steel booth or coated steel booth
5) Powder recycling facility: cyclone system or cartridge filter system
6) Control system: PLC control, with or without touch screen
7) Spray gun and reciprocator: SanLe brand, or other brand like ITWgema...

Installation and training

The seller’s engineers will be sent for the installation and training. The expense of air tickets, room and board for our engineers has to be taken by the buyer.

Installation duration: around two weeks

Guarantee and after-sale service

The guarantee period of machinery is 12 months after shipping.

Within the guarantee time, the seller should be responsible for quality problem of the equipment except for man-made damage or problem caused by wrong operation.

After guarantee period, the seller will provide necessary support on the customer’s demand and charge reasonably based on material cost
