How it works ?

Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of drving and driven axles through two Y type gimbals that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When drving axle is driven to rotate,universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including horizonal moving,rotation and turing etc. In the space,by which, materials also perform 3-directional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of materials inside the barrel flow, diffuse,penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.

1. As a high efficient mixing equipment, this machine is used for high homogeneity mixing of powder and particle materials in such trades as pharmaceutical,food,chemical,light inductry,machinery,electronics,mining and metallurgy,national defense industry and scientific research etc.

2.There is no centrifugalforce effect, specific gravity segregtion,lamination and accmulation during mixing. Each component can be mixed under wide gap of weight proporation,mixing rate reaching over 99.9%.

3.Loading cofficient can reach 80%(40% for normal ones)

4.With compact structure, drving part of the equipment is stepless speed controlled, featuring convenient operation.

5.Each part of drum is transisted by arc and polished precisely, meeting the GMP requirement.
