Pomegranate peeling and smashing machine

Structure:

This machine mainly consist of hopper, upper smashing equipment, lower smashing equipment, rotary screen, mixing shaft, screw pump, and frame. The machine is made of all stainless steel except the driving parts, the mixing shaft is speed controlled by frequency variation.

Working principle:

When pomegranates enter into the machine through hopper, then enter to upper smashing equipment, the upper smashing equipments will split pomegranates by two roller pressing, the space between two rollers are 20mm, then enter into lower smashing equipment, the lower smashing equipment will press pomegranates again by another two rollers , the space between these two rollers are 10 mm, the rind and the seed of the pomegranates will separated and drop into separate equipment, under the mixing of the mix shaft, the seed will drop through rotary screen, the rind will be discharged at the end of the machine, the space of rollers can be adjusted, and the seed and juice will be convey to the press machine by screw pump.
