Description
The PU sandwich panel line consists of decoiler, film coating unit, cut-off unit, roll forming system, preheating unit, foaming unit, solidifying unit, cutting unit and stacker.

Features

• the temperature of PU foaming and solidification is controlled within a suitable range by heated air recycle oven so that the panel quality can be ensured
• the high pressure foaming system features precise metering an high stability which makes little dust in the field of production
• 141B is used as the foaming agent instead of CFC(chlorofluorocarbon) so that the PU foaming becomes environmental protective
• particular double belt conveyor design ensures the panel flat, uniform in thickness and anti- deformation
• the line is controlled by PLC through user-friendly interface
