P84 high temperature resistant needle filter felt is high efficiency filtering media made of the polyimide material imported from INSPEC of Austria, subsequently passing the processes of opening, cross lapping, carding, needle prodding, and finishing treatment crafts… This fiber has the unique leaf cross section structure and the advantages of this product are as listed:

1. Operating temp. continuous : 260 DEG C ; instant : 280 DEG C

2. Good feature of anti-acid, while normal anti-alkali feature

3. Obviously better anti-hydrolysis feature than Nomex fiber

Depending on the excellent features like high temperature resistant, anti-corrosion, anti-hydrolysis, P84 is widely used in the working conditions of metallurgical process, chemical industry, cement and so on, with more than 3 years PLC , can be considered as an outstanding filtering material.
