Usage

It is used for rinsing surface,inner cavity of A&B type I.Vglass bottle with 50ml,100ml,250ml,500ml before the I.V glass bottle is filled.

Working principle

I.V glass bottle enters the washing machine via delivery bottle machine.Firstly,preflush high-pressure water,then enters into the pool with ultrasonic rinsing.Secondly,flush with common water,deonized water,as well as distilled water twice respectively.Lastly,please empty water and finish rinsing process.

Performance and characteristics

1. Both rough washing and delicate washing should be separated completely,whichj should be completed in two different machines.

2. Ultrasonic washing can avoid the deadspot caused by the hairbrush and broken bottle.

3. Realizing the integration of machanism,electricity,gas,high automation;water temperature and flushing time can be set according to actual demand.
