The plate vulcanizing press unit in the picture isconveyer belt vulcanizing press unit.

The plant is used to vulcanize the conveyer belt, mainly thefabric core conveyer belt.

The main press isframe structure, and heated bysteam.

The material of the pistons arechilled cast iron, and the cylinders areductile cast iron. The good material offerslong working life, and perfectsealing condition.

The plant is adopted withPLC control system. So it is much more convenient for operation.
