1. Automatic process of the Pasteurizer

The pasteurizer adopts interantional advanced technology PLC programmable control technology and touch-screen operator interface, it can be controlled and tested the whole process with pre-set process parameters. Fully automatic to control the temperature of sterilization and outlet, which can make the material sterilization match the requirements of filling machine. The machine achieved fully automaticly control and continuous production with preheating,homogenization,sterilization,insulating and cooling, improved products yields but good quality.

2. Extremely high thermal energy utilization

Equipment daoptsmulti-stage structure, the material is heated, thermal insulation, heat recovery and cooling and other operations. The heating and cooling of the product are carried out in a tubular heat exchanger. The heat can be fully recovered in the preheating, sterilizing segment. This greatly improves the thermal energy utilization, can be up to 90%

3. Safe and reliable operation

The control components and the main components are quality name brand at home and abroad. The machines are equipped with multiple temperature probes, the heat exchanger moment in monitoring status, temperature changes can be timely monitoring system, timely sterilization temperature information back to the programmable logic control (PLC system). Once the temperature fluctuations, the alarm system will be displayed immediately on-screen. Effectively to ensure that the system is under strict aseptic production below the specified operating temperature, will automatically enter the disinfection process, re disinfection equipment (comes CIP cleaning process can be automatic cleaning), then transferred to production status, automatically re-processing to ensure the continued production of substandard materials.
