PI serial plate ice machine is subject to strict process management coverig all stage of manufacture from assembly to testing and inspection at the factory.As plate ice is produced by being passed through a crusher,it is easily handled,and apporpriate for a variety of industrial applications,It is irregular shape while being hard,translucent,and dry with dense size 4-30mm.The average size of plate ice is 4mm*4mm-50mm*50mm.

Configuration explanation:

1.Actual ice-making capacity differs with water temperature,environment and compressor motor power.
2.Standard power supply 3N-380V/50Hz,if necessary,which can also be changed into 3N/60Hz,200V,220V,400V,440V according to

requirements.
3.This type is made for fresh water.Dedicated saltwater models are required if salt concentration exceeds 200ppm.
4.This machine is designed for installation.Contact us for information on models designed for outdoor use.
5.The refrigerant is R-22,and evaporate temperature is -20°C,or another R-404a.
6.Ammonia(NH3)may be used as refrigerant if required.Please contact us in advance.

Compressor motor power is a reference value at the condition of water supply temperature 16°C,evaporation temperature -20°C,condensation temperature 40°C,and a 50Hz power supply for reference.
