Features:

This pelletizing machine is composed by a conical twin-screw extruder and the correspondingly pelletizing downstream equipment, it is suitable for the pelletizing of PVC, PE raw materials with wood powder or other additives. The pellets produced by this machine is evenly, solid, elegance. The pelletizing downstream equipment is the die face cutter, air transferring unit, vibration separating and cooling unit. This pelletizing downstream equipment has the features of high automation and high production efficiency.

1.Made up of Single Screw Extruder or Double Conical Screw Extruder and theirs corresponding auxiliary devices.
2.Used to produce different plastic granules such as PVC and PE and so on.
3.The manufacturing plastic pellets are even, dense and beautiful.
4.The molding and blend effect of main machine is uniform in this unit, and structure is tight.
5.The wind sending & gathering and vibration separate type cool system of assistance machine adopted have high automation degree and production efficiency.
