Cleanroom Plastic frame V-bank HEPA filter

Feature:

1. Designed for low resistance and large air flow.

2.Large dust holding capacity, mini pleated type. The filter is made of ultra-fine, moisture-proof, fire-resistant glass fiber, thermoplastic rubber across the fold to ensure the same spacing and guarantee the best airflow flows under with minimal resistance.

3. The same fold-layer spacing, fully use the depth of the filter, ensure that the largest dust capacity.

4. High air volume type: compared with general high efficiency filter, under the same air volume may use fewer filters to reduce the cost and installation space ,as well as saving installation time.

5. V-bank high air volume filters use ABS plastic frame, light and initial resistance is less than filtering cartridge, specially suitable for complicated operation system, such as: high wind speed system, variable air volume systems, high humidity or corrosive environment system with special requirements.

6. Temperature: 80 °C

7. Humidity: 100%

8. Efficiency :HEPA, sub-HEPA and medium efficiency.

9. Box body with galvanized steel or plastic, superfine polypropylene filter paper or glass fiber filter paper.
