1. Due to the adoption of the planetary gear reducer in a single electrical motor-operated form (the planetary gear reducer keeps up with the international trend with a large train ratio and high reliability), the Cutter head works with high efficiency, low calorific value, and good reliability. Furthermore it is small in size, so it is easy for operation, installation, maintenance and management of the machine.2. 4. The machinery system is controlled from the ground by remote-controlled operator. The electric-controlled system includes the data acquisition system,soft-start and PLC. It takes touch-screen operation with display function. The design of highly integrated operation structure can improve the processing property of the machinery. At the same time, it is able to lower the workers’ labor intensity.5,Its second-breakup function allows the Pipe-Jacking machinery work in special geological conditions (e.g. soil mingled with small pebbles or gravels.)6,The cutter teeth are mainly flat. The cutter tip adopts the high-strength and high abrasion-resistance hard alloy with good impact toughness.7,The main pumping station allows four double-stage cylinders with the same push force (the push force is 200t, and the stroke distance is 3m) jack at one time. The main pump adopts the AC frequency conversion to control the speed, which assures the high reliability of the machinery. It’s better to use the double-stage cylinders with the same push force so as to finish the pipe jacking work without a break, which could speed the progress construction, and also reduce the growth of jacking resistance force. According to the requirements of the customers, we could adopt other speed-controlling modes.8,PLC is the product of OMRON from Japan. The planetary reducer adopts the independently developed planetary gear reducer with high reliability, good efficiency, large train ratio and a small volume,9,The whole system allows the construction of working well with inner dimension 5m×7.5m.
