A. Introduction

All-round Horizontal Beads Mill is a Nano Grade wet grinding machine for closed continuous production. Comparing with ordinary grinding equipment, it is with advantages of higher grinding efficiency(2 to 3 times higher), better final fineness(nano grade), wider application(Available for middle and high viscous materials) and better wear resistance. It is widely used in industries of coating, printing inks, pigments, colorants, cosmetics, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, etc. Simple to operate, reliable, and easy to clean and maintain.

B. Main Features

1).The new generation grinding chamber structure makes grinding medium down to 0.5mm applicable, which improves the grinding efficiency and grinding result greatly.

2). New generation dynamic separation device makes materials flow without any block. The adjustable clearance range is enlarged to 0.2-0.5mm.

3). Continue with pin type rotor structure, disc type structure is also available.

5). Grinding Chamber is made of hard alloy. Polyurethane or zirconia structure is also available to ensure its anti-abrasion performance and to avoid the metallic pollution.

6). Grinding chamber is with rotary arm to pen the chamber for easy cleaning and maintenance.

7). More reliable mechanical sealing structure with dual protection to ensure the stability and service life of the mechanical seal.

8). Delivery pump can be diaphragm pump, gear pump and hygiene lobe pump etc to satisfy different equipment requirements for different materials in different industries.

9). Control cabinet has two types: Button control and PLC automatic control. Both types can meet the requirements for different users. Meanwhile it is also in accordance with National explosion-proof standards.

10). Water temperature, material temperature, material pressure, water pressure, air pressure etc are real-time monitored and protected to ensure the machine works properly.
