Pillow filling machines

The whole line automatic pillow filling machine line is proposed by your requirement according to different material mixing and single material filling.
•It can be handled by 2 operators working at the same time filling for both material single filling or mixing filling.

•Working mode: 1.Ball fiber pillow filling; 2. Regular fiber pillow filling; 3.Ball fiber and regular fiber mixing filling.
•It is adjusted by PLC control system and most of the key components are adopted by the most famous world brand such like Siemens, Schneider and Omron.

•The machine main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is table with long life.
•Wild type of conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber can be processed by both opener and ball fiber machine such like 3D to 15D, 32MM to 64MM.

•The ball fiber size is adjustable according to the producing time set up by the program, the longer producing time the smaller ball size, the shorter producing time the bigger ball fiber.
•Put 1 or 2 bales of raw material into the bale breaker that will be sent to the next program automatically in order to save one labor.

•The fiber distributor will separate the material to both ball fiber machine and fiber opening machine through it’s vibration hopper, so that material can be evenly feed into the processing main part of the machine, in order to give even output to the filling device.
•There is electrical scales under the mixer to measure the weight of each material and provide required weight according to the percentage data that already set up by the program.
•There is another fiber distributor next to the fiber opener to separate the opened fiber to the mixer and also to the regular fiber filling device directly, so that we can also fill regular fiber in the next line by different working mode.
•Perfect weighing accuracy and high capacity, lower labor need is the main feature of the entire equipment line.
