This machine is capable of filling many types of cushins and chairpads, decorative pillows bed rests, upholstered furniture backs, stuffed toys etc.

SliverTex make Blowfilling Machine consists of long conveyor for fiber feeding. A pair of feed roll and Pressure roll will feed the material to a sawtooth opener and then the opened fibres are condensed by a pair of Condensing cages. From the Condensing cages, the pre opened fibres are fed to the 2^ndsawtooth opener and the final fine opening of fibres done in this zone.

The fully opened fibres are sucked by a High pressure fan and blown to the pillow shell by Pneumatic foot switch and 100% shut off mechanism with two nozzle system. Necessary safety controls, safety guards, Electricals and Motors have been provided to give best opening and efficient production.
