In pharmaceutical industry, SZG Double Cone Vacuum Dryer is widely used for dryingPharmaceutical intermediates , thermal sensitive materials and materials that need to recover organic solvent during drying process.

Description of SZG Double Cone Vacuum Dryer:

This machine can feed powder or granules into twin cone container through vacuum transmission or manual. With continuous rotation of container, material will make complex inpacting motion in the container and reach to uniform mixing. And heating source will be in the jacket, material will be dried by the heat transferred from jacket in the vacuum condition. In the vacuum condition, material can be dried in a low temperature and if you need to recover the organic solvent, you also can provide you a condensor to collect the organic solvent.
