Bottle unscrambler machine :

The bottle unscrambler is domestic leading level bottle equipment according to international high-speed beverage filling equipment to the direction of development based on absorbing foreign advanced technology. It is composed of round barrel, umbrella tower, drop device, drive system, and a matched elevator which is to send the empty PET bottles to the main machine. There is a inspector on the tower which controls the storage quantity of the bottle by the main machine.
Main features:
1. Torque limit part is designed for the main motor so as to protect the machinery if malfunctions occur.
2. Two put-casts in one cycle ensure that every work location should be with one bottle, which enhances bottle output efficiency,
3. The bottles are neck locked through the air conveyor so as to avoid overturn in delivery.
4. Dilapidated bottles will be eliminated by a special device.
5. A lock detector is equipped for alarming; when locked, the machine will automatically stop.
6. No bottle detector used to transmit a signal to hoist will automatically add the bottles.
7. A photoelectric switch is set for starting when there are bottles, when there is no bottle and stop.
8. An oil pump will readily fill up the gears, bearings and the cams,
9. Maintenance doors and mould replacement door provided.
10. Major electrical components (inverter, PLC, photoelectric switches, relays) are used brand of MITSUBISHI, OMRON, SIEMENS, etc.
11. Gas systems are imported products.
12. The cooperated work of PLC control and speed frequency inverter assures the synchronization of the production line
