Perfessional high quality sawdust dryer equipment

1.Introduction:

1. It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%.

2. It is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.

3. It is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.

4. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.

And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry,

and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.

5. It reduces the moisture to 8-12%.

6. Clients can change the angle of dryer base on the production field.

7. It is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of biomass briquettes. Or the

briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.

2.Working principle of dryer:

New energy-efficient dryer, adopting double drum, double pipe connection, it can dry the saw dust, rice husk, peanut shell and straw all at once. Dryer uses the homemade combustible gas as heating source, drum part and coiled pipe as the drying part. Drum part has two layers: inner drum and outer insulation. Inner drum has three head inner helix slice which can move the drying aggregate in constant speed, we call it stir-frying heating. Coiled pipe secondarily uses the heating source, using draught fan negative pressure to pump the drying aggregate to screw device, then separating and drying.
