Cutter compactor type shredding drum with side feeding The cutter compactor system of the HNT-V ensures fast and stable feeding flow from the shredding drum to the extruder.	Double-vented degassing zone The two vents on the degassing zone release the gas/ink from the material at its best. With the double vent, the machine can process material with 10~30% printing surface / contents 5% moisture.


Dual piston screen changer With the bigger filtration area, the operator does not need to change the filter as often as the traditional hydraulic screen changer. The dual piston screen changer also prevents the material from leaking.	Die head pelletizer The pelletizer is good for cutting PE and PP material. When the material comes from the extruder, the pelletizer cuts the material immediately. The shape of the final product is very even.
