This recycling line is composed of separator, crusher, cold & hot washer, dewaterer, dryer, packing system, etc.

7.Hot washer:Connected with steam boiler. Steam supplied into washing tank to heat water and scraps. Hot water makes waste loosen from film. Meanwhile add caustic soda and cleaning chemicals to remove dirt and oil from film.
