PBF continuous horizontal vacuum belt filter is the high automatiac new-type machine. The filter cloth or the net as the filtration medium. Under the working of the slurry's gravity and the vacuum suction , the solid-liquid separation can be achieved easily . Because the filter can be useful for many different concertration slurry and the character of the high efficiency, it has been prioriy adopted by many industries .

Technical characteristics

1.The process of the feeding, filtering, washing,discharging and the cloth regenerating can be achieved highly automatically.

2.It can wash slurry by the methods of the multi-stage current or the countercurrent washing. The filtrate and the washing liquor can be collected separately.

3.It can filter a thin layer cake quickly for the hard filtration and the high viscosity slurry.

4.It is flexible to assemble equipment because of modular structure and has adaptability.

5.It is convenient to mote and centralized for PLC control.

Washing device

Adopts craft water to spray filtration cloth and matched with vacuum sucker seal box.The nozzle made by American sprayer compayer can guarantee washing effect well.

Material spraying craft

Adopts counter countercurrent washing device or spray washing device. According to character of material and craft of requirement, it can choose methods of current washing or countercurrent washing and make washing more thoroughly.

Deviation-rectifying mechanism

Under working of cylinder or air-bag, achieve correcting deviation of cloth and make sure cloth run correctly.

Vacuum system

Control system

Adopts remote control and scene alternately control, facilitated operation,is advantageous for implementing without operating.
