The rock wool blanket from the wool collecter are conveyed to board making system
and further to curing oven after treatment of crimping machine and pressure
station. Inside the curing oven, rock wool blankets are pressed by the bottom
and upper steel plates with holes and heated by hot air to yield the desired
density and thickness. The inner hot air temperature is between 220-250°C. The curing oven adopts heavy type structure and could meet different requirement of density. The upper steel plates are equipped
with lifting device to produce rock wool products with different thickness by
adjusting the distance between the upper and bottom steel plates.

This curing oven is one of our patents. It adopts durable and reliable two-layersstructure and with high strength.And it canproducerock woolboardof various densitywith a maximum density of100kg/m³and width of600 mm ×2pieces =1200mm. The patented chains for curing oven are durable and robust. The flights of curing oven have an advanced structure (technology was assimilated as the same with Russian technology) and designed with high strength and good ventilation of air and are not prone to damage the key components in the curing oven easily. The space between the upper and bottom layer could be adjusted freely within the range of 30-100mm (controlled by control cabinet).
