The thistle board production line is a kind of equipment specializing in producing thistle boards, a new type of building material. Its main work process is as follows: it takes automatic and precise measurement of plaster of pairs, water and other adding ingredients respectively. Then,through a continuous automatic transmission system, they would get into a mixer, where they are stirred into well mixed slurry scattering over the cover papers of continuous moving thistle boards. When moving forward, through vibration, the slurry is completely encapsulated by the upper and lower papers, and is compressed into a regular flat, which moves forward at steady speed under the strict control of the continuous production line, and finally becomes one wet gypsum board with a certain intensity and regular shape. Then, the board would be cut into veneers by the accurate and automatic cut-off system, according to the size set before.The veneers go through ordered arrangement by program control systems, and then the upside-down procedure, and finally enter the dryers.Water attaching to the veneers would evaperate under the strictly controlled drying temperature.After getting out of the dryers, the veneers would gradually cool down in the process of moving forward on the production line.After the positive superposition of two veneers, which have gone through another upside-down, two ends of the board would be cut into a regular size by saws. Then the board would be transmitted to an automatic stacker, which would turn it into finished goods for storage.The production line is made up of three main parts: batching plants, heating systems, and integral machine groups.
