Main features:
ZYJ-II Paper Napkin Machineis designed to convertprinted paper napkinthrough the feeding, calendaring, printing, embossing, slitting, formation and folding. It adoptsautomatic counting and frequency speed control. Options includesteel to wool embossing or steel-to-paper embossing roller. Products with 1/4, 1/6, or 1/8 folding can be made if required. And the machine hastwo-layer/two-deck output.

5. Print unit :

(1)one steel roller, one roller for rubber plate, one ceramic anilox roll and ink tank;

(2)doctor blade, and two sides are closed to avoid ink leaking;

3)support for ink tank is easy to install,pneumatic spring structure is slightly adjustable, tank is made from aluminum alloy which is anti-corrosive;

(4)ink level limiting device;

(5)cycling pump, easy cleaning; stainless steel ink buck, no less than 20 litres at one time;

(6)this printing unit can be easily added and removed, no relation to the machine driving system.
