BX-306 Paper Edge Protector Making Machine Series

Application: It is used for producing the paper edge protector packing products with different dimensions.

Characteristics:

Paper Hanging Part: It has independent shelf for paper hanging and everyone can hang several paper rolls. The number of shelf is according to the levels of paper.

Gluing part: There are several gluing ways that the customer can choose, such as one-side gluing, dual-side gluing. As usual, the automatic shift gluing way is adopted. The thickness of glue can be adjusted easily.

The Adjusting part for folding edge: There are several gear sets to adjust all level of paper. When the diamention is changed, it is quick and convenient for fine-adjusting and precise fitting.The outer paper can be folded automatically. Half folding style or full folding style can be chosen. The finished product is great.

Molding part: The core winding is driven by AC Motor with strong power and equipped by the frequency converter. The gear-box and the reducer are connecting the winding wheel and the motor for the stability of working.

Cutting Part: There are three types of cutter system that the customer can choose: air driving system, oil pressure driving system and servo system. It adopts the high-hard knife for cutting. The cutting edge is beautiful.

Digital Process: All action is centralized in PLC. The cannon type of sentor check and count the length for the exact position and synchronism. There are three-phrass length counter for cutting in the machine with pneumatic drive or oil pressure drive. The length counter can be operated in panel. The machine with servo drive adopts LCD to input parameter. The synchronism and cutting precision of machine with servo drive is best.
