Middle Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine

Machine Description:

Middle-speed paper cup forming machine adopt optimal design in structure,low noise .

The cup(bowl)bottom knurling and the curling top cup (bowl) be finished by two course, could reduce the machine running travel, machine will run fast and steady performance.

It is required paper 200g to 400g , from the one side paper to the two sides paper.

Two sides steal by the hot weld . It can improve the stealing effect , reduce the rate of water leak .

90 revolve cup transferring. It make cup 100% to transfer to mould , reduce the rate of wasting .

Cup bottom can be transfer by on time. It mean cup bottom can be transfer to cup inside with highly accuracy, reduce the waste when transfer the second time.

Revolve curling bottom. It reduce the rubbing of cup bottom printing. the curling bottom uniformity . it will not damage at printing surface with two sides PE paper bottom surface.

Automatic remove paper cup from the machine, nice craftwork with the part of machine. It make sure every part can exchange by each other .

Description:
