Paint Flux Machine

Paint-F-Flux contains CAB flux Al-Flux 2805 and a paint binder in a water based carrier system. It is supplied in a liquid format with a suitable viscosity for application by spray technique. Drying of the Paint-F-Flux after application is required to achieve flux to part adhesion. Once dry, the parts can be handled and assembled as normal.

Application of the Paint-F-Flux is achieved by means of automated/semi-automated spray facility. The function of the spray facility is to provide a even, controllable, repeatable coating to the surface of the many parts used in heat exchanger fabrication.

Oil-cooler plates, radiator/heater/condenser/charge air cooler header plates, baffles etc.. are examples of parts that are typically coated in such spray facilities with Paint-F-Flux.
