Configuration characteristic of equipment

1.pretreatment:

(Tank body inner size 6.5´1.2´2.0meter(L´W´H).

1. tank (supplied by the buyer).

2. there are 7tanks(degrease tank, degrease tank, rinse tank, rinse tank ,chromate tank ,rinse tank, rinse tank) which supplied by the buyer.

3.because the metal tanks is easy to be eroded ,to protect the liquid from leaking and breaking ,and use the stainless steel is very cost so we suggest that use reinforced concrete of tank body, stick 4-6mm anti-corrosive epoxy plate or glass fiber-reinforced plastic. And at the last step, there is a dripping area so that the work piece can’t drip when it enter to the drying oven.

2.1 Configuration of drying oven

drying oven ,hot wind circulation system, water vapour exhaust and so on ,made of the drying oven system.Rational layout,let there become rational hot wind flow direction in the oven ,and the water vapour in the oven vented in time.

framework type of the drying oven. inner wall is galvanized plate,outer wall is cold rolled plate which is sprayed high quality outdoor powder,framework is angle iron ,use aluminum silicate wool slat(�=10mm)between the outer wall plate and framework, and fix by the rivet, heat preservation lining is 100 mm rock wool .for the beauty appearance and integraty of the whole oven ,border of the oven is round corner.

the wind supply opening is on the one side ,the wind return opening on the other side of the oven for the hot wind circulation system, there form reasonable hot wind flow direction in the oven, therefore,heat the workpiece equality, supply appropriate wind ,good airflow .through adjust the wind measure plate which on the wind groove and wind valve to change the capacity of wind ,then there form equality temperature in to oven. wind groove and wind measure plate are galvanized steel plate which thickness is �=1.2mm.
