Packing Production Line

Ⅰ.Technical conditions and requirements:

1. Packing size of laminated floor: (800~1215) x (120~320) x (48~120);

2. Laminated floor and packing box should be flat and un-deformed; the weight of each bale of floor≤20 kg;

3. Packing speed: 6~10 bales/min;

4. Efficiency of production line: up to 80%;

5. Packing material: PE heat contraction film (650-790) x(0.06-0.07).

Ⅱ. Solution:

1. This production line has taken the reliable and unique structure in the imported pipelining line of laminated floor for reference, and combined the ripe structure of common automatic sealing and cutting machine of our Company to reform the design to quicken speed. Now, it is proven in the actual production that its reliability and effect have basically reached the level of imported products of the same type.

2. This production line can be custom-made together with four-sided planning machine and double-end milling machine of any factory. In order to ensure its reliability, the main components of this production line are all famous-brand products either imported or purchased from joint ventures.

3. Among the above mentioned, the structures of GP-253T, GP-400ST/400T and GP-027Z/027T all have their own uniqueness, different from the disposition of common production line.

4. PE film adopts the process by which sheet film becomes sleeve one after automatic molding by machine and realizes automatic packaging by sealing cutting at both ends so as to reach the effect of protection and moisture-proof after heat shrinking.

5. This production line can optimize the production process of laminated floor, with high efficiency. Just 7~8 men can complete the monthly output of 120,000-200000 square meters (8 h/shift/day, 25 days/month).
