Application:

Suitable for slitting rewinding OPP packaging & stationary tapes.

Introduction:

Machine Device:AC motor and inverter drive material in operation,and machine speed as well we cutting speed is stable.

Rewind Drive:use cluth different rewind to control tension,which is delicate and conveient to adjust.

Electric Control:use photoelectric sensor with two phase length calculator to control length,which makes length accurate.

Core Unloading Device:Finish product and core in one process,suitbale for mass production, and increase production efficiency.

Output Device:when the material outputs,it goes through surface touch roller,which can make the material smoother,and reduce noise.

Input Device:machine motor help input material,which can save time and avoid wasting material.

Unwind Method:connected machine base,easy operation and cover little space.

Optional Parts:

Core Unloading Mold:collocate core-unloading device,when product width is different,need to use different mold,can set dimension.

Unwind pick up lift:for loading jumbo roll on the machine quickly and time saving with hydaulic drive.

Automatic Tabbing device:Automatic slow down speed,and tab material which can raise production efficiency ,tabbing length can set freely,

Noise reduction hood:reduce the production noise and make sure sorking envirment safe and high quality.
