1.Introduction of the furnace:

Applies in continuous production of bright quenching of Martensitic stainless steel and bright annealing (solid solution) of Austenitic stainless steel, and intermediate recrystallization, annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment, etc, easy to operate without industrial pollution.

2.Consist of the Furnace:

This device is mainly composed of transmission system, preheating system, heating system, cooling system, control system, and ammonia decomposition gas supply system.

The conveyor: selections of steel belt or mesh belt base on the actual situation

3.Advantage of the furnace:

1) The muffle furnace is made of imported high-temperature resistance nickel alloy by pressing welding;

2) dismountable electric heating elements can upper-lower heat;

3) steel belt conveying is stepless speed regulating;

4) the gas mixture (hydrogen 75% and oxygen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect;

5) the gas direction regulating device ensure stable atmosphere.

6) Having treated by this kind of furnace, product surface will become bright and won’t be oxidized. All treated products will reach excellent consistency.

4. Application of the Furnace:

Wide scope of application: It is applicable for continuous production of bright quenching and bright annealing (solid solution) of stainless steel, intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment.

With strip winding, unwinding, and rewinding mechanism, it can be applied in bright annealing in cold rolling industry of metal strips.

6. Effective per-sale and post-sale technical services:

We guarantee repairing of any components for one year from the date of purchase and Replacing any parts that fail in normal use. Such repair and replacement will be made at no charge to the customer, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not cover consumables and failures due to abuse, misuse, accident or unauthorized alteration or repairs or the easily damaged parts like steel belt etc.

Replacements will be shipped to you after photos or other evidences are provided and investigated.
