Aluminum Brazing Furnace

Introduction

Applicable to braze welding the aluminum and aluminum, aluminum and iron, aluminum and stainless steel, aluminum and copper, aluminum and ceramics of the part of auto water tank, radiator, LED lamp shade, household electric cooker, electric heater, water heater, refrigeration fittings, electronic aluminum pieces, hardware, mechanical components and other atmosphere protection bright heat treatment.

Features:

1. Adopt high performance refractory to ensure the furnace’s excellent heat preservation and small no-load loss. The protective atmosphere gas distribution system and the gastight protection curtain of brazing furnace are well designed and manufactured to ensure small consumption of high-purity nitrogen, saving energy and gas of the equipment and reduce user’s production and operation costs.

2. Accurate and reasonable zoning for heating furnace, and hardware selection and software parameter adjustment of high-precision advanced control instrument ensure very high temperature control precision (±0.2celsius degree ) and make the product temperature difference of brazing zone ≤±3celsius degree.

3. Adopt advanced control system of variable-frequency and speed conveying belt to realize stepless variable speed conveying of workpiece, accurately controlling their runtime in each heating zone and realizing aluminum brazing heating curve.

4. This sprinkler is compact in design and convenient in use. The nozzle ensures the brazing workpieces to be sprinkled enough and even with brazing flux, air blowing ensures to blow off the redundant brazing flux sprinkled to be brazing workpiece.

5. Adopt high-precision oxygen analyzer as an advanced means to real-timely and accurately measure the atmosphere in the aluminum brazing furnace.

6. The drying furnace has great heating capacity and high circulating air speed in it, which ensure there is no any moisture from the workpiece in the brazing furnace that may harm the quality of brazing.

7. The water-cooling zone of brazing furnace ensures controllable aluminum brazing process cooling temperature, meeting the requirements of process curve and realizing fine and compact metallographic structure of the brazing seam of the workpieces.

8. The air-cooling capacity of the air blower in the air-cooling room is very strong with low vibration and noise, creating a clean and comfortable work environment for operators to greatest extent.

9. Advanced and complete control systems realize production line intelligentization, and control warming and protection systems, ensuring save and reliable production line operation.
