Introduction

Guide rail hydraulic lifting platform is a kind of non-scissors lift, which is used to transfer cargo between layers in workshop, restaurant and hotel. Because the lowered height of the table is only 150-200mm, it is used in the site where is not appropriate for making pit on ground, the movement is clam, the operation is simple and reliable; hydraulic and electric drive make cargo transfer more easy and economic. Design features

Jinan TAISHENG lift Machinery Co., Ltd will do the best to make the effective cargo transfer platform, there are drvices for avoilding falling down, mutual-lock between upper and nethar gates, there is control button in every layer and the platform, to control the lift in multi-point control. The product is designed and made in a strong structure, which makes the lift a bigger capacity, more stable performance, better safety and easier operation, which is the idealest substitution of elevator for transfer cargos. According to different surroundings, customers can select different collocation, which make the performance better.

Maximum capacity is 15t, multi-point control, mutual-lock between upper and nether layers, so to make a safer operation. The lift height of the equipment is high, side mounted or double side mounted cylinder makes the operation more reliable, no noise, a longer service life and an easy maintenance. Electric and manual drop, emergent stop button is convenient and safe. It is suitable for 2-6 layers’ steel structure workshop, and can be used inside or outside of the workshop. The pump is imported, if it is requesrted a higher speed, the pump can be speicaled made. cylinder and seal parts are all imported to solve the problem of unstable of oil pressure and leaking oil.
