Organic Fertilizer Dryer
1. Product Introduction
Rotary drum dryer,the drying equipment used for general purpose, with high mechanization degree and great production capacity, can be widely used in drying granular materials in architectural material industry,chemical industry,mineral industry, metallurgical industry,etc.
Drum dryer, one part of compound fertillizer production line, adopts the means of drum marginal transmission, flange connection, direct heat transfer. It's the main equipment in compound fertilizer production, and used for drying granulated fertilizer or raw material. It can make full use of the energy and get best drying results.
The drum dryer is composed of Kiln Head body, front rolling ring, front riding wheel, hobbing , drive system , rear rolling ring, rear riding wheel, and kiln tail.
2. Working Principle
There are two kinds of rotary dryer, down-flow ones and back-flow ones. The hot-blast air in high temperature generated by hot-blast stove is introduced to the drying cylinder by the induced draft fan. The material is sent to the hopper by the conveyer and then to the drying cylinder. The slant drying cylinder rotates and the stirring plate grabs and releases the materials. The formed material curtain fully touches with the hot-blast air. The angle of inclination of the rotary drum is adjusted according to the material moisture requirement and its rotating speed is adjusted to adjust the material dwell time and to further meet the requirement of the diried material needed.
